So here I am sharing a very quick and satisfying smoothie recipe tried and tested by me All through my pregnancy, Post Delivery and now my 9 months old baby girl is a huge fan of this smoothie..
1 glass of milk
Half cup of oats
4 tbsp yogurt
1 cup of strawberries
Half cup of blue and black berries
1tbsp honey
Blend them all
And your healthy Oats and mix berries smoothie is ready..
Its not only healthy but also keeps you full for longer period of time, so cuts down the hunger for junk.
One can use date syrup/honey to sweetened it
Again a healthy version and I bet it won't compromise with the taste..
