So, I'm here with a problem, I'm now in 23rd week and feeling gas problem too much, even I take meal in small proportions , but I feel full day to night, and I feel little pain in my back and thighs whenever I lay down and when I try to sit.

If anyone knows some asans good in pregnancy which could help me? Thanks

Hi<br> If you have not done anything from the beginning don't do anything now without your doctor's advice. Mild pain is common. But if unbearable please inform your doctor. Use support pillows while sleeping and sitting. Add ajwain to the water you drink to ease indigestion
