So moms, I was wondering if you guys can share the most useful and the least useful thing to buy for a newborn. I am making revamps, planning lists and settling up online deliveries post birth finally, and wanted to know the rights and the wrongs.

Also pls plan what baby products you would like to use on your baby accordingly buy a small bunch what if you want to change later, and you would be getting enough products as gifts too. Like I used mama earth first coz it is made safe and are natural products.

@616d9066791e5a0013a088c7 sorry dear I missed your tag, you have got some really amazing answers everything covered.
My experience is no different. I used both langot and diapers like when she was done with poop I used to keep her in langots like this I had less poop wala langots to wash. And during night she was on diapers I used to change every 3 to 4 hrs.
I would suggest to keep a sanitizer near the baby always so that whosoever pick the baby ask them to use it first, don't feel bad about asking them. For the hospital bag
(For Mama)
Extra cloth
Sanitary pads
Other esstionals for grooming like comb, lipbalm etc.
(For Baby)
First clothes
Cap
Towels
Soft wraps for summer /(blankets) Always buy clothes that are lil big in size coz babies outgrow them real fast.
Best wishes.

@616d9066791e5a0013a088c7 Babies don't pee n poo much in th first week of their birth. So I would say avoid diapers for a week atlst. If u need to travel or take d baby out only den use pampers new born. And remove it as soon as u reach home. Use cotton cloth nappies, quick dry sheets and home made cotton rugs for baby.I bought pampers New Baby (yellow pack) is the best as far as I have used. Dey r very soft, vd three layer gel technology, has better soaking capacity Bt olwz clean ur baby properly from up to down n use a Rash cream, everytym u change d diaper.
Also keep cotton baniyans, cotton clothes, cotton cap, socks, mittens, hand sanitizer, cotton roll, baby wipes n diaper rash cream. 🤗 good luck..😊
