If today was your first dose then you should expect the bleeding by completing the entire course of 3 days and then and the bleeding will start after 24 hours also specify if only single tablet was given to you or 3 days course was directed by your gynecologist

If this tablet is given by your gynecologist then she should have given you all the details right? Please check with her.
