Sometimes I feel pins and needles all over my breasts for about 15-20 min. post feeding the baby and it usually lasts about 30-35 min. I'm using Palmers Nip Care cream. Please advice @Sonali Shivlani

After a feed there is still milk in the ducts and as the ducts contract this can cause this kind of sensation. Apply a cold compress for a couple of minutes for relief.
