Method Rinse 2-3 times the basmati rice in water ,and it Soak in water for 10-15 minutes. Rinse and soak the soya chunks in hot weater for 10-15 minutes, the soya chunks will be all most double in size. Drain access water and again risen them 2-3 times so the smell goes away In a pressure cooker or non stick pan add oil/ghee then add cumin seeds,bay leaf ,cinnamon stick, Cloves,after cumin start to crackle , Add onion, cook it till golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw aroma goes away. Add all the mix vegetables and cook it for few minutes minutes. Now add all the spices tumeric,salt,garm masala, coriander cumin powder,red chilly powder. mix well everything properly, add 2 small glass of water,soya chunks and basmati rice. Pressure cooker it for one whistel. Serve hot by garnishing it with fresh coriander leaves..
