Spending quality time with your toddler is a big investment for life. I make sure I spend time with her when she wants me. ( don’t forget she wants me all the time) , Spend time together in activities they like , Pretend Play with your child , tell stories , color together, make pancakes together, let her help you in her own meal preparations, i love Montessori way of teaching , so i make sure she does most of her work in fun that won’t even look like a burden to her. She loves brushing her teeth, peeling her eggs and oranges. Kneading dough or making rotis.its tiring at times but its worth when you see that smile on their face after making their own rotis or pancakes or having their own peeled egg n oranges. Let them be their own boss, while you being a guide to them. Don’t use NO for everything , instead explain them why thats not good for them. . Nurture a future superwomen not a women who is ruled by someone.
