Spinach Paneer Puree

Ingredients :
1. Spinach leaves - 1 cup tightly packed
2. Crumbled Paneer/Cottage Cheese -1/4 cup
3. Water - As required

Preparation :
1. Heat a pan with a tinge of ghee and add spinach leaves
3. Saute until it shrinks.Then add the crumbled paneer and mix well
4. Once cooked, switch off and let it cool.
5. Mix the spinach and paneer in a blender
6. Grind it to a smooth puree without any chunks.
7. Add water while grinding if needed.
8. Serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
