INGREDIENTS
Blanched and pureed spinach- 4 tbsp
Grated garlic- 1 clove (you can skip if your toddler doesn’t like the taste)
Wheat flour- 1 tbsp
Milk- one and a half cup
Black pepper powder- a pinch
Butter- 1 tbsp
Fresh cream- 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
METHOD
Take butter in a non-stick pan and heat it.
Then add garlic and sauté a little.
Add wheat flour and sauté well for 2 minutes. Add milk and keep stirring so as to avoid any lumps.
Let the milk come to a boil and add black pepper after lowering the heat.
Stir in the spinach puree and let the mixture cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep stirring.
Add salt, mix well and remove the pan from heat.
Take out the soup in a bowl and add fresh cream.
Serve it warm to your little one.
