Spring Onion Cheese Paratha

Ingredients:
-1 small bunch of spring onions
-3-4 cubes of Amul cheese or mozzarella cheese
-Oregano
- Red Chilli Powder
-Salt
- 3-4 cups wheat,kneaded with water and little oil
- Oil for the paratha

Method
- Chop the spring onions. Grate the cheese in it. Add oregano, red chilli powder and salt.(Cheese also has salt, so please add accordingly). Mix it.

- Roll the kneaded dough in a small chapathi and stuff it with the prepared filling. Roll it again in to a chapathi (Similar to making aloo ka paratha).
- fry iton tavaand serve with tomato ketchup or stuffed tomatoes.
