Please take support. Don't over exert. Be careful while doing any sort of exercise. Nothing ensures normal delivery.. Amount of exercise is not proportional to ensuring normal delivery or speeding up labour. Do whatever is comfortable. Do some butterfly and kegels to strengthen the core. All depends how your labour progresses. You can deliver normal even after inducing and can through c sec even after natural labour pains. Take it easy on yourself. All the very best..Blessings; 💐
