Still am not pregnant.......my periods date is on 18th of dis month but am having light down stomuch ache....I wont get any pains during or before periods...we r planning for baby from past 3 month....Is dis stomuch pain is a symptom of pregnancy??please send me dis answer

Varsha I understand your concern, I have been in your situation. Unfortunately both pregnancy and periods symptoms are same, So your lower abdomen pain may or may not be symptom of pregnancy. Please wait and do pregnancy test after you miss your period date.
