This is normal if you are doing exertion or trying to do home chores which involve bending down or kneading dough it will cause u pain it is important that you support your stomach more also check the area of stitches is it very red if it is red then you need to see your gynecologist because of infection which is common after cesarean do not worry you will be given an ointment
