Store kiye huye breast milk ko kese grm kia jaye agr wo room temperature pr ho?? N agr freedge me ho?? Or kis brtan me use store krna h?plz help?
store it in a sterilized stainless steel box . don't heat the milk. jus bring the milk to room temperature normally. incase of urgency then immerse the stored container closed in hot water
