Straining your day with a healthy breakfast is super important. A lot of us do not like the sound of having milk in the morning, but turning this plain milk into a yummy smoothie might change your mind.
Ingredients for Recipe 1: Powerhouse smoothie
2-3 walnuts
6 almonds
1-2 dates (deseeded)
Flax seeds
1 banana
1 cup milk
 Ingredients for Recipe 2: Berry smoothie
4-5 strawberries
4 blueberries
3-4 almonds
1 cup milk 
As per the recipe, blend the ingredients in a blender and adjust the consistency of the smoothie with milk. Transfer it to a jar and enjoy!!
