Equal parenting
Living in a fast paced world, parenting cannot be thrusted only upon the mother. Gone are the days when women were at home and given complete responsibility to take care of the baby.

With both parents now working, the duty of parenting definitely needs to be shared. Though we do have the grandparents taking care of them during the day, the very few hours we spend with the kids need to be fruitful and stress free. We shouldn't thrust our work tensions on them.

*Checking with them on what they did during the day is a great way to begin.

It gives them an opportunity to communicate and express themselves. Listening to each and every detail give them the assurance that we are listening to them.
Initially after giving birth, both parents are given leaves by organisation these days.

Childbirth could be very laborious to women so therefore men are great Ben an opportunity during their paternity leave to given the women a helping hand.
* Giving them an opportunity to change diapers, holding the baby gives the mother sometime to relax.
* Giving them a late wake up during a weekend is a small thing but might make a very big impact for the women.
* Not only diaper changes, baby holding , even feeding and baby laundry can be shared alternatively.
In this way kids will also know that parents share the responsibility and help them grow in a good environment.
