Stuffed Moong Daal Chilla in brunch today!! Healthy and tasty..:)

🍜🍝🍪Recipe - Soak one cup moong daal (without covering) for two hours. Add 1 tablespoon ginger paste to it and salt and grind it into a coarse paste. Can add water later if the paste is too thick to spread on the tawa.
🍲🍜🍪For filling - finely chop some capsicum, carrots, babycorns. Pour little oil in a pan and add one green chilli and one teaspoon ginger paste to it. Then add the vegetables and stir fry for few minutes . The vegetables should be crunchy and not soft. Take them out in a pan. Grate some paneer separately and mix it with the fried vegetables. Add some salt to taste.
Now, heat a flat tawa and pour some oil or ghee. Turn down the flame a little so that the tawa is not very hot and then pour the batter and spread it evenly. Pour some drops of oil on the side of the batter as well as on top of it. Turn it upside down when it turns brown on one side. Let it sit for two minutes(just have to cook om this side only a little) and then turn the chilla again so that the side which is more brown is on the lower side. Now place your filling on the middle of the chilla and fold it from both sides. While filling it, the flame should be on a low. Now, your stuffed moong daal dosa is ready to serve..:)
