do not stand or sit for too long, ensure that your posture is correct. It is too early to get back pain from pregnancy, so it is likely your sitting, standing or sleeping postures are the culprit... you can apply dhanwantharam thailam available from ayurvedic shop such as kottakkal , vaidyaratnam etc. before bath and take bath after half hour....
