Hi Yathi,this is sciatica pain,which radiates from hip to thighs and the entire leg,for this,please get up and start walking.if you have nausea and feel dizzy,plz take somebodys help. Drink lots of water and take 5-6 presoaked almonds for vit e.hope u feel better..
