Normally in hospitals they will give you maternity pads. But after few days you can use normal pads. You can check Paree brand. They have paree prima and paree super ultra XXL which are long and absorbs within 3 seconds giving a dry feel. The pads are cottony soft and breathable so you won't face any rash.
