dairy products like paneer curd chees ..dono time milk. green vegetables, dals, more n more water, fruits and avoid junk foods...

nornal family food. include all veges, dairy, dals, greens and non veg. have 1 ltr milk evryday. have 3 ltrs of water. walk after evry meal for atleast 15-20 mins
