I think nick names will come the time you see the baby and spend time. Nick names are from heart. I call my neice guli guli gupi, choti Bahubali, gugu and her name is Tamara and I call her Tammu, Tamuku and Tamaka. All these names came on its own. So I'm sure you will find yours soon..
