Suji Toast for kids

INGREDIENTS
1 cup roasted suji
1 cup malai/milk cream fresh
1 carrot grated
1 onion finely chopped
½ capsicum finely chopped
Salt
Black pepper powder
Ghee to grease the tawa
Bread slices


METHOD
1) Mix all the ingredients except bread and ghee.
2) Apply a little mixture on a bread slice.
3) Heat a tawa and grease it with little ghee.
4) Put the slice on the tawa with the mixture side down.
5) Cook from both sides till Brown.
6) Your delicious breakfast or a filling yummy snack is ready
