Sukhdi Recipe is also referred as Gud Papdi Recipe in India. It is very quick, authentic Gujarati sweet....; it is very soft, melt in mouth texture.
Ingredients 250 gram whole wheat flour
250 grm ghee
200 grm Jaggery
2spoon dessicated coconut powder
Method
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add whole wheat flour and sauté on a medium heat till it turns golden brown in colour.
Switch of the heat and add jaggery, mix well.
Grease a mithai tray with ghee. Pour the prepared mixture in the tray ..spead coconut powder ...allow to cool down.
Once set cut into squares and serve. Sukhdi tastes best when you served it hot. .. You can take 1 piece of Sukhdi in your daily breakfast, its best for growing kids, and very healthy as well..
