Dear manvi bhandari here is the recipe.. In a bowl take 1.5 cup rava and mix it with half cup or little more dahi and mix well. Then add salt and chilli powder to taste. You may also add pepper and little sugar if family likes. Then add little grated ginger, chopped green chillies if you like and with adding little water mix and make not too thick not too thin batter. Rest it for twenty minutes. If you have steamer then ok, else in a kadai, add 1.5 glass water and bring to boil and cover with lid. Meanwhile check the batter, if you feel too thick add little water and mix. Take a plate in which you can make dhokla, like one with sides...oil it well...then take 1 satchet eno and mix in the batter jaldi se..add the batter to the oiled plate. Now open lid of kadai and keep a kitchen stand (any on which we keep hot things)..on that carefully set the plate and; close lid. On simmer let; it cook for twenty minutes..chck water in between. Once you see dhokla is ready, you can chck with inserting knife, it should come clean..take the plate off and let it cool. Make tadka with heating oil and putting, hing, curry leaves, sarso dana and green chillies and spread on dhokla.. When dhokla is cool, you can take it out or in plate only cut in pieces and then serve..
