Bhakhri recipe***

for making bhakhri..

take 3 cup; wheat floor in a wide bowl , u can add; nd mix some thick floor too..add salt, jeera, oil( 4 tb spoon for 3 cup) ..mix well & make dough..

consistency is thick like chapdi or bati..

knead it well..rest 5 min.

make thick bhakhri ( in pic)

cook it both side, while pressing gently with soft cloth peace..on law flame..

make crispy like biscuits..apply ghee very well after cook..kids love to eat..
