Ingredients :
2 carrots peeled and grated
1 cup rice washed and soaked for 20 minutes
For babies, above 12 months - you may use honey, jaggery or date puree for sweetening.
1 tbsp ghee
2 cups water
Preparation :
Heat ghee in a kadai.
Once a little brown remove from the kadai and keep aside.
In the same kadai add a little more ghee Let it cook for a minute.
Add grated carrot and cook till its done.
Now add water to it, once the water starts boiling add rice to it.
Cover with a lid.
Give it a stir and let the rice cook.
