sweet cashew apple :
For stuffing
1 Apple

1/8 cup sugar powder or according to your taste

Chopped dryfruits or powder( I used powder)

1 tsp ghee


For sweet dough


1 cup cashew nut powder

1/2 cup sugar powder

1/8 cup milk powder

Water- if needed


Recipe


Peel apple and grate it.

In a pan add ghee or butter and fry them when they get soft and brown add sugar and dryfruits..

Cook continue till it became thick after that switch off the flame and keep it as it is for cool.

Make a small ball and put in freeze for an hour.

In a mixing bowl, add cashew powder, milk powder and sugar powder and mix well.

Add little amount of water for dough and make sure dough not too soft.

Now take a small amount of dough and make a ball and put small ball of apple sweet.

Push with finger on top and put clove.

Now colour with red colour.(make from beetroot)

Now my delicious cashew apple sweet is ready for eat.
Note: stuffing is optional if u want u can make without stuffing or put chopped dry fruits..
