Notes :
1) For small babies, you can skip jaggery and coconut for the sweet version. Just mash the dosa’s with your hands or just dip in warm water and give.
2) For sweet version, don’t make the batter watery and don’t spread the dosa’s thin. If it’s watery, the dosa’s will stick to the pan. For the savoury version , you can spread it thin.
3) If your jaggery has impurities, please melt it , strain and use jaggery water
4) Make sure to introduce everything separate, before you try this sweet potato dosas to your baby.
5) Adding salt is not recommended until 2 year of age.
6) Always check with your pediatrician before introducing any new food.
