Taking a moment to make my self better with the thing(yoga) that is teaching me to connect with my true self, positive vibes and more self-awareness.  🧘♀️Yoga is not about Asana, weight loss or any physical posture you want to reach. 🧘♀️Yoga is about the connection with your soul 🧘♀️Yoga is healing 🧘♀️Yoga is awareness 🧘♀️Yoga is about self (as a soul, not a person) 🧘♀️Yoga is a spiritual practice which connects one to one's true self.🧘♀️Physical benefits like weight loss, strength and flexibility are by-products.
