Tawa Lauki - Lauki with twist
Lauki or bottle gourd I had been fed by my mil almost alternate days throughout my pregnancy..

She used to either make lauki sabji with gravy or dal lauki...

After delivery hubby dearest said that no lauki at home 📯📯

One fine day I tried and made Lauki with a twist..

I made Lauki on tawa and it tasted yummy..

Not much oil and masala...

It can be eaten with rice,jeera rice,roti, paratha...

Now the only variant of Lauki cooked in my house is Tawa lauki ..

Lauki is coated with masala like turmeric,chilli powder and salt and then cooked on iron tawa by flipping the side...

Make gravy of tomato and add regular spices like coriander powder,garam masala,kasuri methi,salt, turmeric powder,red chilli powder...

Easy,healthy and tasty Tawa Lauki is ready to eat.....

Very interesting...I also make one version of lauki where I grate it..squeeze little water from it and then cook it on tawa or kadai with masala..its a yum sookhi sabji..at least ek option ho jaata hai.m

Yes <span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @6247946051de3d0014c4c1ce </b></span> we cook the tomato gravy and once done add the tawa cooked Lauki and give it a boil
