Tea time snack Nachos: (; healthy for kids snacks box)
Recipe of nachos:
*Ingredients:
*2 bowl makke ka aata,

*1 bowl gehu ka aata,

* carom seeds 2 tspn ( bit crushed)

* 1 tspn haldi powder,

*salt,

* oil 2 tbspn ( to knead the dough), *Lukewarm water,;

*2 tspn oregano ( optional ),

*oil to fry
Method:
*At first mix both the flours

* then add all the spices

* n make tight dough using lukewarm water.

*Once the dough is ready let it rest for half an hour.

*After half an hour roll it like roti

*n cut it like pizza slices.

*Make pores in it using fork so that it won't puff up while deep frying.

*Deep fry it in oil in medium flame. *Nachos r ready to eat ...
( Afrer deep frying if u wish u can sprinkle dry masala consisting of jeera powder, black salt, black pepper powder, red chilly powder, dry onion garlic powder.... Sprinkling masala is; optional. They r delicious even without masala )
