Those days we used to follow our stricttradition to avoid germs & bacteria .

How???

When we return back to our house 1st thing our parents say

1) wash your leg

2) wash your hand

3) bath

Why these have followed??

When we go outside we step on every single dirt on the ground , roam around with sweat ,

We would have touched something uncleaned .

To cleanse ourselves we directly go to bathroom clean ourselves and makes ourselves relax later . .

Those days it was strictly followed !

But now a days everyone need a benefit without any hard work so we are paying off to the medical bill.

So think twice before you make an attempt towards to your family .

Teach your child

1) wash your hands before eating

2) whenever he/ she goes for playing must wash hands , feet, neck& face .

3) always make use of sanitizer

4) we can't Avoid everything , but staying cautious is main thing .
