Phase 1 - got a step cut and reduced the length till mid back as suggested by you all. During the cut, I was having mixed feelings, my heart was beating fast and my eyes were closed. 
Now after the much awaited cut, I am so happy, having an amazing feeling of achieving something 😜
Also because today I read a quote, 'A woman who cuts her hair, is about to change her life'. 😁
How is it friends? Should I consider going for phase 2 and reduce the length further?
