That's my fat to fit story. It took me 4 years to get rid of my pregnancy fat not because I was lazy but I had various health issues like gall bladder stones which had to be operated. Then came my arthritis problem which was an obstacle in me pursuing exercise. Had to stop my dancing due to this. In between had a fallopian tube operation which further delayed my journey of losing weight. It was the motivation of my husband that kept me going all these years. At last I decided to get back to my normal self and that's when I embraced certain habits which led me to shed so much of weight naturally. I did not go for any fad diet. It was healthy food habits like cutting away sugar, cutting down my frequency of eating carbs, eating dinner by 8pm, soups and salad for dinner. Though I am a social drinker yet I decided on cutting down myalcohol consumption completely. And it really helped. I bid adieu to the cook and started cooking food myself. Cutting and cleaning vegetables myself helped a lot. Also while cooking I used less oil which was a blessing. The daily maid took off for a month and never returned. So I started doing the household chores myself. Right from sweeping the floor to swapping helped me lose my belly fat and helped in my flexibility. Did my daily pranayam without fail and did my morning walk whenever I could. I love Biryani but I refrained from eating my favourite food for a few months. Being a food lover and cook I initially had difficulty in controlling my cravings. Somehow managed and then eating healthy became a habit and I love it right now. I also hv same problem gall bladder stone n belly fat. I too do my household work by myself n I m a working woman . So I hv to travel daily for 1- 2 hr. I tried to avoid oily foods n drink Luke warm water in morning n so many things to reduce belly fat but I think it didn't get a better result.
