Now here goes my first post after the hashtags. We all wanna look gorgeous and feel comfortable and confident in the skin we are in. After the birth of Aarav, I started looking out for more organic and natural products that help restore my skin and hair. Also rejuvenate them, It's not about looking 15 years younger, by the way who doesn't wanna 😜😜...given the chance. So, in the quest for the products that match my expectations and also meet the need I have discovered a whole range of easily available natural' products that are healthy, have healing properties, chemical free, and the results are amazing.;
To learn more about my new found love for these products, I ended up doing a course in Aromatherapy. This helped me understand the range, variety, uses, benefits and importance of them. Ohh yes !!! I've fallen in love with these oils and mixtures. They have become my go to products anytime of the day. This post is about "argan oil", sorry can't call it humble because it's very expensive 😬😬😬. But worth the buy, I bet you will not be disappointed shelling out those few extra bucks on this oil.;
Argan trees are native to Morocco, it's extracted from the kernels of the argan fruit. Moroccans use the oil in their everyday cooking too, but the beauty benefits are the one's you would not want to miss. Argan oil is rich in Vitamin E and that's what makes it skin and hair friendly. Listing out a few quick uses and am sure you will wanna dive into a tank of the oil, I'd want to 😆😆😆😆.;
* Best for hair care, helps relieve hair loss and boosts hair shine . Also helps heal hair damage due to hair treatments. Treats split ends and leaves your hair feeling rejuvenated.; How to use - you can use it as a hair serum or as a leave in conditioner. It's very light to make your hair feeling oily. You can use it diluted with coconut oil, but best applied directly into the scalp. For serum or conditioning you will need not more than 2 drops....but if you want the best benefits, just douse your hair in the oil, cover it with a towel and hit the bed in the night. Regular shampoo should be good. You will never feel better than this.
*Skin care - now this you wouldn't want to miss. It has great benefits on the skin. It helps treat acne, skin aging and also leaves your skin feeling radiant and beautiful. Wanna look a lil more younger, just use this oil as a night serum.; How to use - just two drops of oil in your palm and rub all over your face in circular motion. Best time to use is before hitting the bed. A slight steam is good, but remember not too hot. Oils as such have a tendency to absorb heat and you don't want your face feeling on 🔥...
* Stretch marks - yuhhhuuuuuu here I am...now most on the app would love this part. I live my stretch marks and I have no complaints about them...I don't mind flaunting them either. But, argan oil is so full of vitamin E that it can help your skin from stretching and leaving scars. Absolutely safe during pregnancy.; How to use - use it from the beginning, even before your bump appears and skin becomes itchy. Take about 3-4 drops of the oil and apply on your tummy, hips, thighs, buttocks. It's a miracle oil;
Hope your already busy searching for it online... available on the BBC shop too...I purchased it a while ago and I'm ready for my next purchase as well. So virgin coconut oil and argan oil are my go to favorites along with a few essentially essential oils.. wait for more on essential oils in my next post...ahhaa not so soon...but coming up soon enough!!!!
