You can leave the groups, in which you don't want to be a part of. There are three dots over there, just click on that, and leave

Hi, simply unfollow the topics you are not interested in. You will automatically exit from those respective chat groups. Otherwise, you can turn off the chat notifications of particular chat groups u aren't interested in, so that u won't be disturbed by the incoming msgs everytime.
