The early morning when I weakup 1 time my foot & 1 time my legs r too much pain ....once a time I can't bare it ...
& The pain only in 1hr after that it'll probably clam down but

I want to know y the pain raise ....plz tell me

While sleeping keep ur legs elevated with help of pillows. Drink lots of water nd follow what priti nd roopashree <u>told</u>

Hey deepthi.. Nyt before hitting bed... Keep ur legs in warm watr n add epsom salt to it.. N aftr that massage wid any oil of ur preference preferbaly mustard oil or sesame oil.. N keep ur feet elevated using pillow whn u sleep..; It helps&#9786;&#65039;

Feet pain or leg pain is common in pregnancy. Please daily walk for half an hour without straining yourself. Don't stand for long. Drink lots of water...so that toxins will flush out. As its winter, wear socks. You can keep your legs in Luke warm water and if your could add little Epsom salt ( it's not the regular salt , but it's available here on Babychakra. Search in products) before sleeping will help you relieve pain. It's mainly due to weight gain or retention of water in leg portion or due to less blood circulation.
