THE LIFESTYLE FACTOR Srtiking Balance between Work, Family and Home Chores is not easy When you have a Toddler around and hence how you plan your day and your lifestyle plays a key role. Sharing with you all how a typical day in my life looks like:-
● Wake up around 7am and meditate for 5mins and after personal grooming heads to kitchen to prepare breakfast.
● Enjoy my cup of Tea and bowl of Upma followed by washing and sterilizing Raj's Milk Bottle (yes he is still on bottlefeed and am in no hurry to stop it).
●Checking the Groceries and lil kitchen and house work and try to shower in peace before Raj gets up (PS. We have a cook for preparing lunch so no hustle in making that just lil bit of attention needs to be given and thats it)
● Checking my emails, whatsapp and Instagram msgs and planning the day accordingly. (Though i plan my week in advance but sometimes need to take call of the hour and hence i plan the day before 10am)
●After Raj Wakes up, starting of with Mom Duties of Brushing his teeth and giving him Shower and Dressing the lil Man up. (I do all his chores on my own without anyones help..No maid and Nanny for that as i believe that nobody can treat your child like a mother treats her own despite of yelling and taunts from family members...passed all the storms and challenges and proud of that as mother). Sometimes it is followed by photoshoots.
● Mandir Time. It is the most precious time in whole day and we try and visit our Temple in the morning itself.
● Lunch Scenes. Usually I feed Raj his lunch and simultaneously do my lunch too to save time and it is working good for me.
● Putting Raj to bed for his afternoon Nap and sometimes i too indulge in good afternoon sleep and not guilty at all. Else work on my Insta Handle, Create Content, reply to emails, Planning Diet Programme for existing clients etc.Sometimes it is transformed to heading to events etc where kids are not allowed.
● Dinner preparation and final assembling of dinner as chopping and all other side work the maid does.
●Eve Garden Time or FreePlaytime. I believe in letting the child explore on his own so dnt plan much activities rather ask him what he wish to do.
●Dinner and again Playing with all the family members or with building friends followed by putting him back to sleep.
