What used to be just another spice for me and used for specific stuff like cumin or #jeera for cooking, fennel seeds or #saunf as mouth freshner and carrom seeds or #ajwain for improving digestion turned out to be the most effective remedies for me post delivery of my little one.
How?😎😎
Well a word that I didn't even know existed appeared as soon as the baby was born. The most infamous but unavoidable COLIC. YES the most scared symptom in a baby.
Some experts believe that #colic is the result of an allergy to milk protein (or;lactose intolerance) in formula-fed babies. More rarely, it may be a reaction to specific foods in Mom's diet in;breastfed;babies. Either way this sensitivity can cause tummy pain that may set off colicky behavior in a baby.
My boy was 85-90% on my milk and 10-15%% on formula so I was always worried that if he suffers from a stomach ache how do I deal with it. But thanks to our #dadikenuskhe a tsp of each of these boiled in one glass of water and taken daily it helped me not only in better milk production (cumin seeds is the most recommended for the same) but also helped SAMARTH deal with stomach insensitivity .I dont remember my boy dealing with Colic at all until he was 6months.( I am sure what I ate also contributed but this Potion words wonders). Infact he even used to Burp well 🤗.
I am so in love with this potion that when samarth was introduced to solids instead of giving him plain water I gave him water boiled with saunf and ajwain ( a lil of each) known for fantastically solving stomach problems and also aiding healthy digestion.
