The pandemic of Coronavirus is not yet over and its very necessary to keep yourself and our society safe from this epidemic.
I know this pandemic is perpetuating and we are not accustomed to such situations but when the whole world is going through a rough patch and taking all possible norms to flatten the virus, Is it not our duty to stand together and fight with this so called Coronavirus or Covid-19.
At present Stay home, Stay healthy, Stay safe is the motto. With the increase in Coronovirus cases all over India, here are some measures to fight from the Covid-19.
1. Always Wear Mask while going outside and at home also if you are having any sypmtoms of cough and cold.
2. Sanitise your hands regularly if you are going outside. At home dont forget to wash your hands frequently with the liquid soap.
3. Wash your fruits and vegetables with water or baking soda and dont use them atleast for 5-6 hrs.
4. Avoid unncessary outings as you never know how the virus is disseminating.
5. Dont send your kids outside to play in garden as rainy season is arriving spreading lots of germs and infections along with it.
6. Drink hot water
7. Drink Turmeric(Haldi) milk
8. Drink immuntity booster Kadha made of Ajwain(Carom seeds), Ginger, Tulsi leaves, blackpepper, jaggery and honey.
9. In the morning, empty stomach, one spoon of Neem Giloy is a immunity booster drink.
10. If you have body ache and fever take paracetamol.
11. Download the Aarogya Setu App.
Its been around 4 months we are flogging with Covid-19 epidemic and we all know about the above measures also. But still the rising cases coerced me to share the precautionary measures to cease the spread of virus.
