The skin is the largest organ of our human body and we should definitely take care of it. Being a mom, does not mean that you should not take care of your own skin and body.
Here are some tips to take care of our skin naturally.
Coconut oil
The extra virgin coconut oil has antiinflammatory properties which helps your skin be free from bacterial infections. It has antioxidant properties also.
If you can apply coconut oil to your face, then it can be used in number of ways like removing make-up, soothe your skin, and give you a dewy look. Coconut oil is a very good moisturizer.
Aloevera gel
Aloevera gel has a lot of healing properties. It promotes cell growth and soothes and moisturizes your skin without clogging the skin pores. Using Aloevera gel every day will give you a healthy glow.
Moisturize properly
After washing your face, let it properly dry and then moisturize your face properly with a good moisturizing lotion. This will lock in extra moisture in your skin and make the skin supple and give you a very good glow.
Sunscreen
The sunscreen works really good for your skin. You should apply sun screen daily of SPF 15 or above. It will protect your skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. It also protects the skin from photo aging process of the skin.
Daily cleansing routine is important
Washing your face again and again can irritate your skin, and make it dry. Washing your face after a good workout in the morning and at night is the best routine to follow.
Avoid Smoking
When your skin is exposed to cigarette smoke, it increases the oxidative stress of your skin and increases skin damage. So, it is better not to expose your skin to these harmful chemicals.
Drink lot of water
Drinking a lot of water hydrates your skin well and tightens the pores of your skin. There is a strong link between drinking more water and having healthy skin.
Eating healthy
Eating a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables will help nourish your skin. The vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables will nourish your skin. Unhealthy and junk food is going to damage your skin on the long run.
Use probiotics
Having probiotics like dani will improve your digestion and will increase the healthy glow if your skin.
Have a quick bath
You should also shorten the length of your shower. The longer you take shower, the more your skin will become dry and loose moisture.
