There is so much advice on how to eat out there. Post partum, we need to nourish ourselves as much as possible. No strict dieting! Eat well and take care of yourself and your baby. Let food be a joy and an act of love. The simple guidelines I follow as much as possible is:

▪️Eat organic: No nasty chemicals, more nutrition, polyphenols and helpful to the gut-stuff

▪️Eat local: You will be kind to the planet with e.g. less transportation and eat more seasonal automatically

▪️Eat seasonal: Research suggest that eating more of what’s in season will suit the gut better, as our ability to break down certain foods change over the season.
