There r a lot of advises on what to eat and what not to. I avoid papayas and pineapples but my grandma just said that i should not consume much carrot. Is thr any truth to it? Also how healthy is coconut water in early pregnancy? Thanks!

carrot is very very healthy! pls eat! coconut water is high in potassium and i drank lots of it in SUMMERS as it has a cooling effect. i'm sharing some articles with you. pls read them all!

No dear. Carrot is a superb source of vitamin A. also coconut water is a magic elixir. If available, have it across all trimesters.
