Steps to Prepare Moong salad:
- In a bowl take 2 cups of boiled moong sprouts. - Add 1 medium size tomato, 1 onion, and 1 small boiled potato. - Now add 1 chopped green chili, ¼ teaspoon red chili powder, and 1 teaspoon chat masala. - Mix well and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt (as per your taste). Mix it well. - Lastly, garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
