This is a small tip. Many moms ask me how to find out if my baby is colic for certain food that I intake. Or if my baby will become gassy for a particular food that I eat. There is no denying to the fact that much of the food that you eat travels to your breast milk. However, most of the babies never develop a sensitivity or reaction to any of the foods that forms a part of their mother’s diet. Though a small percentage might become colicky.
You can easily find out how and what food has caused colic, if it's due to your diet. Any food that you have had in that particular meal time will get through your milk to your baby as we all know. If your baby becomes colic within a span of six hours after your food intake, think on what was your meal comprised of to quickly find out the food item that the baby has issue with. So that you can avoid eating this particular food for a short span of time. Nevertheless, you can eat your routine foods without avoiding any, once your baby becomes four months. Hope this helps. Do tag me if any of our moms have issues breast feeding, willing to extend a little more for them.
