this is my discharge summary...actually my due date according to scanning was june 6th...but wen i went for 9th month check looking at my report my gyn told its of no use to wait till june u have breech presentation so v have to go with csec..n she evn gave me 1 week time saying by luck if baby rotates v can go for normal....but nw she was born 1month before....every1 says she is a pre mature baby....m worried can any1 tel me...something abt this...expert's advice also plz
