this is my nt scan of 14weeks 6days, plz check everything is normal or not, my nt scan is done, tetanus shot is done what is the next step? do you recommend any iron or calcium tablets? plz help me coz we dnt have a good hospitakl or doctor over my area.
Your scan is normal. Yes you should be starting iron and calcium supplements now that you are in the second trimester. You can even have a local general doctor recommend these for you. However you must be consulting some gynac or have some plan on where to deliver your baby. Please make sure you have regular ante natal check ups.
