Hi Ekta, it is such a heartbreaking situation for any mother. But please do not hold yourself responsible and guilty for this. The cause last time was infection and not lack of breast milk. Take care of hygiene this time and don't allow too many outsiders to handle the baby. Especially massage ladies who tend to bring in the maximum infections.<br>
Increase in breast milk comes mainly with stimulation. Latch baby often and feed often. The more you feed the more milk is produced. I would also recommend a breast pump so that you can start expressing and feeding the same if the baby does not latch or suckle well. It will also help in case you have a surgical birth as the nurses or family member can help with using the breast pump. Feed the expressed milk if needed with a vati and spoon. Take help from a lactation specialist once the baby arrives to make sure that everything is on track.

Hi ekta sorry to hear about your loss. Dear dont take tension about milk.. if milk is not sufficient then give formula milk. Dont take much tension only about thinking breastmilk.. i have to 2 kid n at the time of my first baby girl i was not producing enough milk so i gave her formula milk (Nanpro) and now she is 3.5 years old and healthy girl..and now i have 2 months old baby girl and this time my milk is enough and now i am feeding her only bm.during pragnancy dont take unnecessary tension it will effect on your baby so be positive and enjoy your pragnancy..
