I will advise you to not to get stressed but if any day during the coming week if you feel abdominal pain or cramping then you should immediately see your gynecologist we will start with hormone injections as well as HCG injections if the cardiac pulsation is not seen but please do not worry there is is requirement of one more scan as fetal pole is seen your report you should go for a scan after 7 days
